A compassionate and energetic speaker, Chioma has taught her
educational program, the 3r’s, to over 100,000 students in the past year.
Chioma teaches the students that there is nothing more powerful in shaping
their lives than their values, their beliefs and their sense of what is right
and wrong. Moral training is a centre-point of the 3r’s. The educational
program is designed to generate lively discussions and interactive
problem-solving sessions to give students invaluable life-skills.
The 3r’s
- Responsibility Help your students explore the
ethical concepts and values that are the basis of responsible behavior.
True-to-life scenarios that get teens talking and thinking about complex
ethical situations. This presentation focuses on students being more
accountable for their actions and their future.
- Respect is the cornerstone of civilized behavior.
It engenders empathy, promotes tolerance, and fosters caring relationships.
Using dramatic vignettes close to teens' experience, this presentation
challenges students to think critically about respect for oneself, authority
and others. Restraint
- Restraint gives students the power to stop and
think about what they say and do before they act. It is exercising self
control. It’s pulling back when your impulse is to push forward. Using
real-life examples the students learn that the power is within themselves.
Chioma has created various programs designed for professionals, such as “How
mortgage brokers can increase their portfolio” for TD Canada Trust,
“Entrepreneurship” for the Bank of Montreal and “Projecting a powerful image.”
for Canadian Management Association. Chioma's high-energy personality, humor
and leadership skills enable her to effectively respond to changing trends and
times. Her laws of success are simple and straight forward. Chioma teaches you
that to get ahead, you have to make people notice you. That doesn't mean being
pushy or arrogant, it means packaging yourself effectively. In "Image and
Projecting a Powerful Self- Image" you learn how to be seen and get known with
specific non-verbal techniques; such as how you dress, walk and the gestures
you use. You'll also learn the right things to say when people criticize you
unfairly, resist your authority or offend you with discriminating remarks.
Then you learn that it only takes 3-5 seconds for people to decide whether or
not they "like" you and want to hear what you have to say. Studies show this
quick decision making is based on the image we project. If you could envision
a grocery store of life, where everyone is vying for self-space. To gain that
competitive edge maybe you need "repackaging" in terms of your inner and outer
image. Chioma’s workshops end with a quick and easy goal-setting exercise.
Members of the audience participate in short skits. Followed up by a question
and answer period.
